We provide proper training to all new members to our team. We also provide delivery vans, gas, and a cellular device loaded with the necessary delivery apps.
About the Delivery Associate Position
At present, we hire only Full-Time employees. Work starts around 9:30am at Nisku, Alberta and typically ends between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, depending on the volume of packages for the day. Delivery Associates load packages, each weighing up to 50lbs (23kg), drive to their assigned delivery areas in the city and deliver all of their assigned packages with a smile before returning back to the delivery station.
We operate 7 days a week, 362 days a year! Every Delivery Associate begins their shift at the same time, meaning we do not offer any shifts beginning later in the day. However, we offer flexibility in working days. Full-time employees work for 4-5 days a week. Typically, we expect each employee to be available for at least one day on the weekend.
We offer a starting wage of $21/hr and offer 4% vacation pay/time. We have performance bonuses if you are able to perform better than others. Full-time employees also get Blue Cross Health and Dental benefits for themselves as well as family.
